Epidemos unfolds in five short stories that expose a society drifting toward cruelty and dehumanization. As the ordinary gradually warps into the grotesque, the boundaries between dignity and humiliation, life and death, begin to collapse. With dark irony, the play reflects on survival, freedom, and disappearance, suggesting the spread of a social epidemic of fear, hypocrisy, and exclusion. Each moment reveals how fragile our values are—and how easily violence and destruction can take root in everyday life.
